Designed as the next-generation learning hub for United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Better U Campus transforms corporate training into an immersive, technology-enabled experience.

Relocated from its former centre in Pudu to 1 Powerhouse, the environment was conceived to function less like a traditional training facility, and more like a contemporary university campus, dynamic, flexible and designed for interaction.

The space integrates adaptable training environments with seamless digital infrastructure, allowing different learning formats to coexist and evolve alongside the needs of a modern workforce.

Beyond training, the campus also acts as the first point of cultural and professional engagement for future UOB talent, shaping early impressions through an environment that reflects the bank’s progressive outlook.

More than a training centre, it is a platform for learning, connection and future-ready banking culture.
