Part of the Templer Residences development by Hong Bee Land Sdn. Bhd., the Kensington Show Unit was designed to capture the essence of contemporary suburban living set against the lush tropical hills and forest landscapes of Rawang.

Located within proximity to Kuala Lumpur, the development offers homeowners the rare balance between urban accessibility and the calm of a nature-inspired retreat.
