Located within the prestigious Northbank development in Kuching, the Lian Hua Seng Headquarters was envisioned as more than a workplace, it was conceived as a physical expression of the company’s evolution, ambition and expanding commercial presence across Malaysia.

ISD was commissioned to design the executive and public spaces to reflect the progressive outlook and diverse business portfolio of the Lian Hua Seng Group of Companies, while elevating its corporate identity within an increasingly competitive business landscape.

The interiors combine contemporary corporate sophistication with carefully curated spatial experiences that reinforce professionalism, credibility and brand distinction. From the arrival experience to executive meeting environments, each space was intentionally designed to project clarity, leadership and confidence.

Balancing refinement with functionality, the headquarters creates an environment that not only supports business operations, but also strengthens perception, communicates trust and reflects the company’s long-term vision for growth.
