Designed for a new generation of urban residents and the evolving Airbnb lifestyle market, Kolektif (Lot R) was conceived as a vibrant social environment shaped by creativity, culture and contemporary city living.

Drawing inspiration from the expressive bohemian artistry of Henri Matisse, the interiors reinterpret his bold compositions, playful geometries and vivid colour palettes into an immersive spatial experience filled with movement, personality and visual energy.

The public spaces were intentionally curated to feel youthful, dynamic and socially engaging, balancing contemporary urban aesthetics with highly experiential environments that resonate with a digitally connected generation.

Layered with vibrant textures, bold graphics and Instagram-worthy moments throughout, the project transforms communal living into a lifestyle experience that is expressive, memorable and unapologetically modern.

More than a residential development, Kolektif represents a contemporary interpretation of urban culture – where art, hospitality and community converge within one highly energetic environment.
