Designed as the next evolution of DKSH Malaysia’s workplace strategy, this project reflects the company’s transformation towards a more agile, collaborative and future-ready way of working.

As a leading market expansion services company involved in logistics, distribution, marketing and sales, regulatory compliance and retail operations, DKSH required a workplace environment capable of supporting a rapidly evolving workforce and operational culture.

ISD’s relationship with DKSH spans more than a decade, having previously led the relocation and transformation of the company’s office operations into Menara Ascent ten years earlier, redefining how the organisation functioned within the workplace at that time.

Fast forward a decade later, management once again engaged ISD to pioneer the company’s first agile workplace test bed within one of its operational floors.

The resulting environment breaks away from conventional corporate office planning, embracing a more open, flexible and people-centric approach that encourages mobility, collaboration and spontaneous interaction.

Playful spatial elements, vibrant social spaces and contemporary workplace features were carefully integrated to create an office atmosphere that feels energetic, engaging and distinctly human.

More than just an office renovation, the project represents a cultural shift, capturing the spirit of agile working while redefining how workplace environments can support adaptability, creativity and employee experience.
