Conceived as an urban oasis within the city, Aricia Residences was designed to reflect the aspirations, energy and evolving lifestyle of young first-time homeowners seeking a contemporary metropolitan living experience.

Commissioned by Chin Hin Group Berhad, the project balances modern aesthetics with warm and liveable environments, creating communal spaces that feel connected to the vibrancy of city life while still offering moments of comfort, retreat and everyday ease.

The interiors were carefully curated with a youthful and contemporary sensibility, combining clean modern forms, inviting textures and thoughtfully planned social environments that resonate with an urban generation that is connected, dynamic and constantly moving forward.

Designed to encourage both interaction and relaxation, the public spaces create a lifestyle experience that feels welcoming, relevant and distinctly modern.
