As part of Affin Bank Group’s strategic expansion into Sarawak, the new regional office in Kuching was established to strengthen operational management while reinforcing the bank’s growing presence within East Malaysia.

Strategically located within Kuching’s financial district, the office functions not only as an operational hub for the banking group, but also as a key engagement space for investors, high-net-worth clients, corporate stakeholders and government representatives.

More than a workplace, the project was envisioned as a statement, signalling Affin Bank’s arrival and long-term commitment to the Sarawak market.

The interiors were carefully curated to reflect the bank’s evolving corporate identity through the thoughtful layering of premium materials, refined textures and sophisticated colour palettes that project professionalism, credibility and contemporary corporate elegance.

Designed to balance operational functionality with executive presence, the environment creates spaces that support collaboration, engagement and relationship-building while reinforcing the stature of the Affin Bank brand within the region.
