Located within the heart of Kuching’s financial district, the Affin Bank Flagship Branch was conceived as a strong statement of Affin Bank’s growing presence in Sarawak and its long-term commitment towards expanding operations across East Malaysia.

The branch was designed to elevate the customer banking experience through a carefully curated environment that combines contemporary banking facilities with comfort, sophistication and a strong sense of brand presence.

Balancing professionalism with hospitality-inspired spatial planning, the interiors create an environment that feels welcoming, refined and customer-centric — redefining traditional perceptions of retail banking.

Every space was thoughtfully designed to reinforce trust, accessibility and prestige, positioning the branch not only as a banking facility, but as a flagship destination representing the future direction of the Affin Bank brand in the region.
