Designed for Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad’s latest transit-oriented lifestyle development, the Kolektif Show Unit was conceived for a new generation of urban homeowners and lifestyle investors.

Inspired by the bold colours and expressive artistry of Henri Matisse, the interiors embrace a vibrant and youthful design language that reflects the energy of contemporary city living.

Though compact in scale, the unit was carefully planned to maximise comfort, flexibility and spatial character, catering to young families as well as investors seeking a distinctive Airbnb-ready environment within the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

The design balances playful artistic expression with practical urban living, creating an interior that feels bright, engaging and effortlessly connected to the rhythm of the city.

More than a show unit, the space was envisioned as a lifestyle statement – where art, mobility and metropolitan living intersect seamlessly.
